We are looking for massage therapists to join our team. Our spa provides a relaxing environment for clients to receive massage services. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about massage therapy and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We are a newly opened 2 treatment room spa and our business is growing.

 

We offer competitive pay, as well as opportunities for commission growth. If you are interested in joining our team, please contact us to learn more. I'm looking for 1 rentor with existing clientele to rent no more than 4 days total a week.  Rent is $30 per full day and $20 for half day. We are also looking for 1 commission-based employee or contractor starting at 40/50 to 50/50, depending on experience, and can increase after probation period.

Working hours available are Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday all day and Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 9am to noon with possible night shift Tuesday/Wednesday.

• You choose your own hours for maximum flexibility.  We have a shared booking system, therefore you can block times as you see fit for your schedule.  Choose the modalities, services, and durations you want to provide!  No pressures from management.

• Shared linens, business owner will do all laundry and provide all linens for non rentors/employees only.  Take the stress out of folding laundry in between clients.

Therapists Must:

• Maintain liability insurance at all times (and provide such proof every renewal period, no exceptions)

• Have a valid license with the State of Illinois (and provide such proof every renewal year, no exceptions)

• Must be a team player and able to get along with others! As therapists we all have our strengths and weaknesses, and I will do my best to place each client with the correct therapist.

• Agree to have open communication with owner, we want this to be a peaceful working environment.
